On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. This is a golden light blurry one with a medium sized dense lacing head. The aroma is light sweet, yeasty and fruity with some leafs also. Not extreme but quite nice. Flavors are "Belgian" with the yeast and hops, I get sweet caramel and I think this is coriander seeds - light spicy in other words. Ends peachy sweet and light fruity. Yeah, quite good! 12.05.2012

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Clear, bright gold pour with a soft, white foam head. Lemon, grass, and yeast in the nose - nice. Big sweet flavor with lots of sweet dough, yeast, honey, bread, ripe lemon and other citrus. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sticky sweet finish with lots of honey and sugary dough, moderate citrus hops, light grass. Very nice with some interesting characteristics, but it is just a bit too sweet.

Bottle@Laser Wolf. Hazy blonde/straw colour. Spicy aroma with light hop fruitiness with some florals. Floral and fruity and with slighty doughy pale malts. Not bad, the yeast and fruity hop bring the malt across the palate well.

Smell of lonkero or lemok juice. Red copper colour. Aroma flowery. Citric, almost sour. Yet fresh.
