# 2958; 5/2022. Metalic aroma, glucose syrup, catdboard. Brilliant gold body, excelent creamy persistant lacing white head. Watery, grainy, metalic, glucose syrup. Watery, cheap tasting beer. Half of pint, draught, pub, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.

Keg, nitro at The Gordon Highlander. As Worthington Creamy Flow. It pours clear amber with a creamy off-white/beige head. The aroma makes me turn up my nose.... reminds me of old smokey pubs with wet carpets and toilets honking of piss and urinal cake, leafy and grainy. The taste is dry, crazy metallic, creamy, leafy, grain, watery, muted sweetness, I suppose it's kind of caramel, brown water and a touch of spice with a smooth finish. Lightish body and fine, velvety mouth feel. The mouth feel is the best thing going for this. The aroma is particularly nasty. It's odd for sure. I beer from a bygone era that should have never returned.

Keg at the Glanyrafon Arms, Talgarreg, Ceredigion. Amber with a thick white head. Fruity, creamy and smooth. Inoffensive, and actually not too bad for a keg bitter. Much better than I expected (although given my expectations this wasn't hard!).

Tap, Waterloo Street Station, Eurostar terminal. Steady head. Grape juice aroma. Creamy and fruity flavor (apple and grape juice). Only slightly bitter aftertaste. Bland bitter, but not too bad.

From keg at Indian Restaurant in Leicester, 22.05.18. Hazy orange. Dense, creamy and persistent head. Some lacing. Aroma and taste of acid malt, autodialycis, oxidation, caramel and strawberry jam as the ale gets warmer. Meh-!

On tap. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy grains and bread with a slight leafy note backing. Flavor has lots of bread and earthy grains with a touch of hay underlying.

Keg @ The Bird in Hand, Shrewsbury. Pours a slowly-clearing amber, creamy white topping. Aroma of light caramel. Taste is frothy metallic sweet caramel. Thin, smooth, very lightly sweet. It’s not bad per se, just not very good.
