Bottle from trade with bierkoning. Schmutzig trübes dunkelgoldenes Bier mit viele weißem Schaum. Geruch kräftig malzig, hefig, reife Früchte. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, reifes Obst, leicht alkoholisch, Gewürze.

Bottled (backlog). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some spices, yeast and mild floral hops to it as well. Flavour is spices, sweet malts, nectar, some honey as well as some resin, berries and mellow bitterness in the finish. A different take on a tripel, but in a creative and nice way.

Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Plenty of fine carbonation. Dry malts, little dry cream. Spice. Typical Tripel sweetness and spice but also a floral tone that turns quite soapy. It’s also a persistent slow gusher. Infected? Certainly hard to drink.

Bottle from the De Molen Beershop. Poured a hazy medium amber with a huge frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is big yeast, alcohol, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a soft yeast, zesty citrus light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with very lively carbonation. The aroma is right there in your face, but this a really smooth, flavourful tripel. The alcohol is well in the background which was a big surprise. This beer would give some of the more established tripels a run for their money.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, fine malty-spicy, modest sweet, notes of some herbs. Warming, but not alcoholic. Well balanced finish. Nice!

0,33 l bottle bought directly ath the brewery. Pours yellow golden in the glass. Nearly no head. Citrus and fresh hop on the nose. Starts with citrus sweetness, noticeable but nice hopy. Little bit koreander, honey and almonds. Light oily, mid alcoholic, low bitterness and easy to drink. Like it!

Ordinary Belgian tripel that every brewers thinks he should have. I don’t think this is required.
