Bottle, 750 ml, shared at the charity tasting. Fantastic aroma, leather, funk, some citrus, moderate sourness, just a tad thin in finish and a bit simple but definitely a thing of beauty.

Bottle pour. Poured a bright, clear orange color with a small white head. Aroma was dusty lemons, slightly sweet. A bit of age on this since it's from 2018, but overall good. Nice lemon, yeast. Not really all that sour or tart at this point. At a DCBeer share.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, from Alus Celle, 20221022) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had wood, tartness, stomach acids and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, malts, sourness, tartness, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was spur, woody and bitterness. A delicious and balanced tart brew.

03.09.2022: 0,75l bottle at Kulminator. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, citric, light green apples. Very lovely bright smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, citric, light wood, flowery, herbal. Finishes lightly dry and lightly to medium sour with notes of grass, earthy and flowery notes. Lovely bright beer,

23.03.2025: 0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, dusty, oak, cheesy, earthy, light notes from the cork. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, dusty, citric, oak, nutty. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, earthy and dusty notes. Lovely, rather dusty

Vintage 2010. Special Blend Limited Edition Grand Cru Classe Gueuze Lambic. Best Before june 2024. Ladna pieknie zdobiona, lakierowana butelka, z firmowym kapslem, do tego syngowany korek debowy. Musujace, mocny strzal i glosne otwarcie. Pieknie zapachnialo swiezymi morelami. Tak morelowe, pigwowe, nieco marmolady pomaranczowej. doskonale cialo, kwasne, subtelna zarazem, ta kwasnosc jest elegancka, szepczaca wez kolejny lyk, wytrawne, morelowa owocowosc, dzikosc, doskonalosc fermentacji spontanicznej od Lindemansa z chronionym oznaczeniem geograficznym, wszystko tu wspolgra doskonale, a klasa Grand Cru zobowiazuje. Jest doskonale.

Bottle at the 14th Brugs Bier Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A dark golden coloured pour with a medium white bubbly head on top. Fruity, lemon, apple, yeasty, tart taste/aroma. I'm partial to a geuze sometimes and this was decent, very Belgian.

Bottle shared by R. Dark golden with white head. Alive and kicking! Lemon and grass over a musky and oaky funk. Superbly integrated funk, wood and fruit. A treat!

(Bottle) Dark golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, sour grapes, barnyard, gooseberries and horse stable. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, lemon, sour grapes, unripe fruit, barnyard, cobweb, cellar and a dry finish with a mild bitterness and a generous, fresh acidity. Medium body, dry. Solid and well made gueuze. Great beer.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive. Almost clear, deep gold to orange colored. AROMA- sour and wild, pale plums, peach, vinous, leather, flowery, wood. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly tart, sour apple, vinous, leather, pale plums, flowery, herbs. Medium to fuller bodied. Great.
