Bottle at the Westin on Seven Mile Beach on the Grand Caymans. The pour is clear yellow golden with a minimal white head that falls quick. The aroma is grain, bread and corn malt. The taste is the grain malt, with a bit of herbal sweet. The palate is light to low bodied with active carbonation and clean finish. Similar to CayBrew, easy enough to drink.

At the source: super light; grainy and easy to drink. Would not realize that this was a gluten drained beer. More flavor than the 3.5 abv would imply.

Bottle: Clear gold with a small white head. Initial scent is the dreaded green-bottle....but it fades....corn, grain. Really not much difference between this and regular Caybrew....barley, corn malts....maybe a little sweeter.....surprisingly decently bodied..... Really decent.

Bottle. Corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet corn, barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body especially for a light beer. Pretty solid.

Bottle from George Town, Cayman Islands. Country #129 ion RB. Pours a pale gold colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of grain, malty and syrupy sweet. Lighter level of sweetness to taste, minimal bitterness. Light body and thin texture. Quite lively carbonation. For what it is, it’s decent enough.

Has a boring stinging hops aroma. Appearance is weak yellow with a modest head. Flavour is soft sweeter hops. Wet mouthfeel. It’s decent for a lightbeer but that really isn’t saying much.

Draft: Poured a light golden to yellow with a white head. Aroma was very little if any grain. Taste was souring forward and light grain, very watery.

Draught at the brewery, on January 25, 2012Clear very pale champagne color, white head. Malty, cream taste. Malty aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Malty, vegetable scent. Not bad, though boring. Good for something light in the heat.
