Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Near black pour with a bit of bubbly brown head. Aroma of heavy roast, woody, chocolate, and bourbon. Lots of bourbon and chocolate sweetness, somewhat woody. Nominal bitters.

750ml bottle thanks to Jake. pours out black topped with a small tan head. nose is roast malts bourbon barrel vanilla brown sugar molasses coffee. taste is more of the heavy bourbon barrel notes vanilla brown sugar molasses chocolate.

Bottle shared. Pours near black with a small beige head. Aroma has massive wood, boozy, bourbon, licorice, caramel and malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
