Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 23/04/09. Copper coloured with a moderate, off-white head. Red fruit aroma with a touch of caramel and hint of spice. Flavour had the taste of chillis upfront, with some sweetness before the heat kicked in the finish. This wasn’t too extreme but definitely lingered on for quite a while afterwards. Different and enjoyable.
