Draft at the brewpub. An amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of diacethyl and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of diacethyl, leading to a dry bitter finish. Not good.

Bottle. Floral hop aroma over very light caramel malt. Coppery amber color with a decent off-white head that even attempted lacing. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Floral hop over lightly roasted caramel. A bit more roasted than an ESB, but this is supposed to be EPA. Got me. Very nice florality, very nice to the mouth. Finish is more dry than not, and has a build of floral hop. It’s really nice. It does seem so Engllish.

Pours clear copper with gold edges and nice quarter inch head. The aroma has a very inviting malty character of roasted malts and toffee along with some citrus and floral hops. The taste is no surprise since it is much like the nose with initial spice hops, citrus hops and carbonation bite that becomes increasingly more floral. Midway the mild roasty malts and toffee malts well up and ride into the after taste with a building malt sweetness. Excellent Pale

Standard English pale ale. Light color; just a shade darker than a standard lager. Not much aroma at all; some hops. Flavor has some hops as well but they are light. This is a very simple beer and it has little to offer. What it does have is palate and drinkability.

Bottle. Malty aroma, quite hoppy. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Very nice flavour: quite malty, caramel/bonbon, aroma hops. A bit sweet. Nice.

Slightly murky, darkish amber with a sudsy off-white head. Aromas are unremarkable... grass, caramel, maybe a little lemon and yeast (?)... something is reminiscent of a wheat beer here. Flavor is OK. Caramel comes through big, a bit of a soapy taste, though and then some light fruit and hops pick up the tail end. Finishes a little watery, however.

while I am rather fond of Hazed & Infused and Mojo the other beers by this brewer have not impressed me much. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bronze color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma is vegetal malts. There is no detectable hops on the nose. The flavor is vegetal sour malts with a light hoppy finish. Not a great offering.

Bottled. Clear pale amber. Medium sweet with light, papery maltiness. Fairly soft, yet with clean mouthfeel. Average bitterness.
