Draft. A black beer with a thick brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, milk chocolate, and roasted malt as well as a light note of oxidation, leading to a dry roasted finish, where the chocolate note lingers.

(Draught at One Pint, Helsinki, on 2008-08-13) Black. Small tan head. Hops, coffee and roastedness in nose. Full-bodied and dryish palate. Roastedness, chocolate, fruitiness and coffee in taste. There was some annoying metallic flavour that disturbed me.

Draught at the Rover, Göteborg
Black color; creamy head. It has a medium aroma of cardboard and roasted malt. Smooth flavor, round mouthfeel, with a good and balanced mix of roasted malt, caramel and very dark chocolate, that hides a nice hop; salty. The final is balanced too. Well brewed.

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Very black with creamy beige head. Intense aroma of licorice and grapefruit. Sweet and full bodied. Very concentrated flavour of tar, orange and espresso, notes of strawberry jam. Dense and a bit syrupy, extremely flavourful. Salty tobaccoish finish with more tar.

Roasted taste with tar, soy sauce, dark fruit, black-currant, liquorice, espresso and cocoa powder. Nice citrussy bitterness in the finish. Full bodied. Lots of flavours, mingling well together.
