Smoky and slightly sweet, this dark wheat beer is one for the more adventurous beer drinker. We stumbled on the combination of Freimann’s and a BLT as the perfect hangover cure one day in the brewery. Since then we have enjoyed experimenting with other food matches, and it works particularly well with cheese and pork dishes.

Bottle at home from odd bins london bridge. Aroma is nutty, praline, and caramel munich malts with a mineral edge to it. Burnt orange colour with a medium hazer and a huge steadfast light cream fluffy head. Flavour is interesting combination of subtle roasty / toasty character initially then slightly sweet caramel praline thing. Very high carbonation, and light bidy. German yeast character is suppressed, but there is a hint of banana in there. Heavy mineral character in the materis a bit odd.
