Bottle from Partizan. It pours clear pale golden with a small white head. The nose is doughy, toast, spice, hay, apple skin and pear drops. The taste is creamy, toasty, spicy, straw, doughy, grainy, light alcohol warmth, tangy lime, lemon, grassy bitterness and pear drops with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not a bad beer by any measure, just doesnโ€™t do much for me. OK.

Bottle from Euston Tap drunk on the train home. Hazy golden lasting white head. Belgian yeast aroma. Then a lovely pale malt ale. Good hop. I rather like it. English twist. Yes a very English Belgian ale. Drinkable and a spicy strong Belgian golden ale
