Clear pale light straw yellow perry, no head. Aroma: fruity, lots of pears, some sweet apples or applesauce, yeasty, some brett, nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a good acidity, very fruity, sourish, dry, good pear flavours, a little funky, some fungus, earthy. Aftertaste: a little sweet, sour, pear, very nice carbonation in the mouth, feels like champagne, very nice, love it!

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy pale greenish straw with a head that leaves no trace. Dry pear, pear skins, very mineral, kiwi, soft gooseberries. Under medium tart, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with very sparkly strong carbonation and medium bodied. Tasty dry perry.

Bottle sampled. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is fairly funky, barnyard, sweet and tart pear. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
