Pour cette première édition on a choisi de croiser une session IPA avec une bière aux fruits. Le résultat est une bière opaque, couleur chewing-gum, dangereusement facile à boire !

Tasting sample from tap shared 13. 12. 2019 with Bierridder_S @ La Source . F: medium, pink, not long lasting. C: pink, milky hazy. A: fresh raspberries, bit lactic, candy. T: raspberries, bit lemon, red berries, sour red berries, bit herbal, dry on the palate, soft carbonation, nice balanced, refreshing.

Tap. Moeder Original. Fully hazy, raspberry red. Thick, soapy, lasting, semi lacing, pale pink head. Looks great. Nose has sweet raspberry. Fruit Salad sweets. Orange pulp. Taste has a raspberry tartness, but is mostly light, citrus pulp bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Fine, foamy carbonation. Light tart bitterness to finish.

13/12/2019 - draught tasting glass @La Source Taproom, shared with rubin77. Hazy pink, sticky small head. Nose is candy, raspberry. Taste is raspberry, hops, light bitterness, fresh fruity in the end.

Draft @ La Source Taproom. Rosée / orangée, col blanc. Arôme au nez marqué par la framboise, note de purée, rétro fin houblonné accentuant la base d'IPA - dont de belles notes d'agrumes. Palais est finement amer, léger sur les agrumes avec une belle balance de la framboise qui procure une fine acidité de fin de bouche. Amertume modérée, grains sur la fin.
