Bottle at home from Malt Attacks, Brussels, 21st November 19. Pours orange, big head. Aroma is aromatic and citrus. Taste is well balanced, citrus, aromatic, pith and good malt backbone.

33cl bottle de Färm - St Catherine. BB 24/03/2020.
Orange trouble, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme au nez parfumé, fleuri, fruité sur des senteurs de pêche voire groseille à maquereau.
Petite note rétro de grains / malts - pils et pâle. Fruité houblonné avec petit rappel de pêche de vigne.
Légère, se boit superbement bien.

33cl bottle (BBF: 24/03/2020, 5%) from Färm.Sainte-Catherine bio shop in Brussels. This is actually collaboration with Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage and probably brewed there. F: big, white, creamy, long lasting head. C: gold, hazy. A: nice fresh fruity, bit grapes, tropical fruits, gooseberries, mellow tangerine, bit floral. T: medium malty base, bit orange, tropical fruits touch, light grapes, tangerine, medium carbonation, good balanced bitterness, very nice, fully enjoyed.

Tap at the brewery opening. Very easy drinking, very tasty. Hops centered, well attenuated with med-thin body and moderate carbonation. Citrusy exotic fruity hops flavours. Quite good.
