We love Columbus and we are inordinately excited to get hold of Cryo Columbus for this IPA. As always Columbus is best used with restraint, this time in conjunction with Amarillo, Azacca and Cryo Citra. A hugely intense, resinous citrus-fuelled beast.

Can at home. Gusher. Dammit. Murky pale yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malty, citrusy hops, only a light distant bitter hint. Mwah. One of so many but it's alright.

Pours unclear yellowblonde. Rather big white head. Smell is sharp, bit bitter, grainy. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, grainy, mild fruityness. Medium creamy body, countered by the rather high carbo. OK

Can. Columbus, Citra and Mosaic hops in various cryo shenanigans. Hazy yellowish gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Vibrant nose of mildly skunky tropical fruits. Palate is airy and fairly dry and has a decent minerally crispness. The hops donโ€™t quite carry pver from the vibrant nose. However, they do bring crisp Pine and a light bright citrus with mildly skunky tropical fruits, well buried. Tidy IPA, nicely hoppy profile if you like smooth hops. A bit thin bodied.
