We combined ingredients from two of our favorite IPA's, Super Ripe and Over-Ripe. We fermented this beer with exotic fruit, added a massive amount of tropical hops, and boosted the ABV all the way to 9%. We get loads of over ripe fruits like cantaloupe, Pineapple, and Papaya. Enjoy!

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, gummy peach rings. Pours murky orangeish-yellow with a one finger soapy white head with decent retention. Taste has a moderate bitterness that builds on the palate to highly bitter. Flavors like the aroma. Alcohol fairly noticeable. Good stuff.

On tap at the Alberta location. Pours bright hazy yellow. Pineapple, mango, lychee, tangerine, passionfruit, light bitterness. Nice soft body. Excellent.

Golden with a white head - Fruity aroma with hops - Malt body with a fruity and hoppy flavour with some bitterness - The fruity flavours and bitterness goes into the finish - This was real good

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is ripe pineapple citrus tropical fruit. Taste is more of the nice sweet over ripe tropical fruit hops and some pineapple.

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Clear golden. Lots of tropical fruits, sweetish and bitter.

Tap@Mik Vik Great Notion TTO, Copenhagen (20/10/2021) - golden yellow with a white head. Sweet overripe fruity with lots of Citrus and tropical fruity aromatics, sweet malty, light caramel biscuity malt, solid hoppy finish, good stuff.

Draught @ MBCC 2021. Sweet, super fruity and juicy with some tropical notes, pineapple, tangerine and peach. A bit like peach iced tea.
