A lovely woody wild. Nicely sour, some botanicals from the gin barrel gives something herbal and a light bitterness, and the wine some fruityness and tannins. Lots of wood, pretty dry, lightly fruity.

Huge, if diminishing off-white head over clear golden-orange beer. Gin, and lemon in the nose, peach, and fruit sugars. Sour, citric, lactic, fruitacids with again unripe peach. Finish has lemon in it. Lipsmacking sourness, acidthinning. Very good. The gin onslaught in the nose made me wary, but the balance is there. Unfortunately, complexity is not its forte.
