Huge, if diminishing off-white head over clear golden-orange beer. Gin, and lemon in the nose, peach, and fruit sugars. Sour, citric, lactic, fruitacids with again unripe peach. Finish has lemon in it. Lipsmacking sourness, acidthinning. Very good. The gin onslaught in the nose made me wary, but the balance is there. Unfortunately, complexity is not its forte. Bottle thanks to Cole. Pours a hazy golf with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong gin, rosemary, yeast, oak. Thin body, tart, gin, oak, vermouth, yeast, very good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, large white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is dusty, herbal, gin, lemon, basement. Flavor is medium plus tart, citric, herbal, juniper berries, oak tannins, light plus barnyard funkiness. Light body, high carbonation; not really off-putting however. Quite a nice beer.

Bottle at tads. Pours hazy golden orange, nose is toffee, oak, yeasty, juniper, taste is zesty, tart fruit, juicy, bretty.
