Tap @ The source. Pours light hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aromas of white peppers, esters, citrus, light tropical notes. Taste is sweet, esters, guava.

Draught at Portland Craft, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Like other American Saisons, this has some feeling of swamp water, light bubblegum, at least it's not too sweet; lingering fruity touch, but not necessarily guava. Ok beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light fresh guava, with some rustic saison yeast. Flavour follows accordingly, blending the fresh guava nicely with the saison yeast. No esters and low sweetness - nicely constructed.

Hazy straw colour with a medium head. The aroma is mellow guava, sugar cookie maltiness, and a touch of yeast. On the palate, similar...a decent beer with pale malt and light yeastiness, just a light guava note The guava builds towards the finish, but the footy yeastiness persists as well.

Draft - Starchy guava sweetness. Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Nice sweet guava and some light grapefruit notes. A touch sweet and a nice fruity note recovers the poor nose.
