Nonna's Blend #7

Bottle thanks to Bursprak. Pours hazy juicy yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of peach, esters, oaky, grapes, sweet pear, melony, wheaty, citrussy. Taste is sweet, vinous, light lactic tart, esters, pear, oak, sweet tropical fruit, floral, citrus.

Sample at Kurtkeller 027: Sante Adairius-tastic 01 on 07/30/2017. Hazy yellow color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of apricot, funky yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of funky apricot, vinous oak, yeast and bready malt. The finish is funky and oaky with an apricot and white wine aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, lemon zest. Similar flavor to nose, tart, light sourness, very nice.

Dry sourish flavor, oaky, funky, with fresh juicy fruitiness. Pretty rounded mouthfeel. Really delicious and very refreshing. Wonderful.

Bottle shared by Felipe and Mayur - thanks men! Pours hazy golden, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is a bit funky, basement, oak tannins, lots of fruitiness, lemon zest. Flavor is medium tart, fruity, lemon, light funk, some pit fruitiness. Medium body, Really tasty beer. I neeeeed to get ahold of a BA cellarman.

Bottle. Weekly tasting. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of white peach, white wine, oak, sour funk. Medium body.

From notes taken while drinking the beer from a tap at the brewery. Aroma is fruity with tropical fruit and stone fruit as well as a moderat citrus note and a moderate fruitiness. Medium oak and light tannins with some light acidity. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow gold with a small white head with good retention and light film. Light lacing as well. Flavor is moderately tart with nice citrus notes. Light tropical fruit. Medium light oak and oak tannins. Medium low bitterness. Faint funkiness. Mouthfeel is medium low bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer. Similar to BA Cellarman but with a bit of funkiness as well. Good tartness and oak notes with quite a bit of fruit and citrus.
