--- Beer merged from original tick of Abdijbier Blond on 14 Oct 2021 at 14:19 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Heel goed.

Amber with a big, soapy head that goes creamy and lasts the duration. Aroma is floral with candy undertones. Taste is bitter, dry at the end with a light fruitiness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Overall, nice balance and pleasant sipping.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally dusty yeasty and grassy, minimally floral hoppy aroma, fruity interludes of red berries. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, moderately bitter hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, hints of red berries, floral hoppy overtones. Minimally creamy-oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly dry palate, medium to coarse, slightly prickly carbonation. Balanced and harmonious, minimally overcarbonated, not much Belgian character, though - OK.

Slightly hazy deep golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma sweet malt, grainy, toffee, light yeast. Flavour light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, toffee, spicy notes. Sweetbitter finish, sugary, malty, spicy notes. Not bad at all but neither special, okay.
