A cloudy classic wheat beer, similar in style to a traditional German witbier. Light use of hops mean this beer has very low bitterness and very little hop aroma. It has strong banana and clove characteristics on the nose and palate, largely due to the use of a special wheat beer yeast. A refreshing pint on a summer day and a diverse food beer.

Cask: Poured a deep thick orange with cream fast dissipating white head. Aroma is light hops. Taste is nice juicy hops but wheat backbone.
