Vraie bière de terroir, la Saison Voisin a une touche houblonnée (40 EBU) et une jolie robe ambrée. Faible en alcool et très désaltérante, elle convient parfaitement pour se rafraîchir par temps chaud.

33 cL bottle, from trade with Dedollewaitor. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild acidic aroma. Dry grainy and mild brett flavoured. Mild hoppy and grainy flavour in the finish. Interesting grainy saison, absolutely insync with the label.

Bottled. Colour is nutbrown with some mild reddish hints, head is white, mediumsized and foamy. Aroma is some flowery hops along with caramel, earth, wood and a bit barnyard. Flavour is earthy, spicy and slightly flowery. Wellbalanced, but a bit watery.

Clear orange with off white creamy head. Fruity malty aroma. Sprinkly to lively carbonation. Close to watery body. Some bitter hops in the end. Rather dull & boring dry taste. Have had better saisons than this one!

Bottle. Dark amber, plentifull carbonation, muddy golden lacing head. Citric and peachy, somewhat salty nose. Minerally and honeyish base flavor, typical belgian fruit notes, minerals/salt a bit wood . Fairly thinbodied. Fresh with a dry finish.

330ml bottle. Pale amber with a strong white head. This was light for a saison, with a floral aroma. Very smooth to drink, with a slightly sweet, herbal flavour. An enjoyable, easy drink.

Ratings from notes about six months old. I bought a 750 of this beer, and it was completely flat and flavorless, so I am not rating that, but I do believe this brewer may have problems with consistency. The flavor and aroma was very light for a Belgian saison. Minimal yeast, and not really sour at all. Flavor does have some light spice, but overall this saison is light on aroma, flavor, and the palate.

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, small lacing creamy off-white layer; distinctive fruity (oranges, orange peel) and hoppy nose; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; dryish hoppy finish with a cellary touch in the aftertaste. A fine ale......

Pours bright amber into a tulip. Off-white head recedes with spider lacing. Crisp up front, but a little watery into the finish. Finish is dry.
