Bottle. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma of sweet red apples, light wood, musty funky notes, tart apples and a little toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic. Mouthfeel is dry leading to a super dry finish with almost a light smoke note. Over medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Bag in a box at the Portcullis, Bristol 13/08/10. Pale gold in colour. Sweetish apple juice up front, with a hint of spice. Easy drinking, with drier apple fruit and a tart finish. Fine.
