Slightly hazy golden and fairly ghostly white coloured body with a pretty thick three centimetre tall off-white, microfoamed head that stays afloat nicely above the hazy body. Aroma of coriander seed, light curacao, some small corn and a touch of hay and grasses - all very mild, with nothing large of pungent in the nose and only a dash of spices really noticeable. Light-bodied; Very mild, almost creamy flavour at first with some corn and curacao with a light hit of sugars from oranges, with a slightly dry finish and a very small touch of bread and cream. Aftertaste is very mellow with the coriander seed freshness and some very dry corn and wheatie notes with a finish of light spices that make this very easy-drinking with still some nice flavours throughout. Overall, a nice wit with a smooth, very subdued profile that works well in the head in Washington in summertime, but also could do well up North in Fairbanks in the middle of summer as well, but this is great to try very fresh (less than a month after purchase!) all the way down here in Washington on the other end of our fine country, purchased of course up in the Last Frontier. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Silver Gulch (in ANC Airport) Brewpub in Anchorage, Alaska on 05-October-2021 for US$12,95/six pack, sampled at my house here in Washington on 01-November-2021.
