Bottle: Poured a golden clear with a bubble huge head. Aroma is super tart pungent to the nose. Taste is a tart sour with touch of citrus, little old so some metallic has seeped in which is my own fault.

Cloudy. Served in a chalice that really shows off the yeastiness. Clean lacto on the nose and the palate as well. There is a lot of wheat in this, which adds to the lightness and character. Clean and balanced yet with an understated complexity, that tastes like it was brewed by someone who truly understands what a Berliner Weisse is.
