A light, fresh and very drinkable beer with lemongrass. The Funky Falcon thanks its name to the funky hop varieties that are used. When you smell this Pale Ale it feels like falling in love. Everything comes together in these melony, lemony and lemongrass aromas.

Pale, almost clear golden color and a nice white head. Fruity nose of mango and passionfruit. Fruity Taste of tropical fruits and floral hoppy bitterness

On tap at Craft and Draft, Amsterdam on 24th November 2023. Clear gold with dense white foam affording full lacing. Hoppy aroma. Juicy citrus and tropical fruits in-mouth, and a tangy fruit finish. Light to medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma promises caramel, lemongrass, orange peel. Taste is bitter with a bit of underlying caramel. Medium-bodied, moderate watery texture. Simple in the end. Ok.

On tap at Craft Bier Bar - Hamburg, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out herbal hops, light pine and biscuity malt. Flavour has a herbal hop character and biscuity malt to back. The keg blew during my pour, so not sure if this is representative. Decent pale.
