Bottle at The Walker, Ypres. Lovely blonde aroma. Lively and gold. Sweet. Very smooth.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty. Taste: Malty, yeasty, stone fruit notes. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation, Ok.

330ml bottle from Tønne, Leicester. Light to mid-gold and clear with a slightly fluffy white head. Spicy aroma, a little bit of the wonderful candy sugar yeast. Taste is sweet with honey, sugar syrup, light notes of banana. Slightly watery body with crazy high carbonation. It's not a particularly complex recipe but I do like it.

En tulipa, color dorado claro, espuma blanca bien retenida. Hacía ya una cuantas cervezas que no disfrutaba tanto una birra por el olfato, los aromas que desprende esta cerveza son limpios, claros, y francamente deliciosos, levadura belga, cereal, malta, pan blanco, frutas de hueso, repostería, banana, especias... En boca es fina, profunda, equilibrada, sustanciosa, de cuerpo más bien ligero, pero elegante y sedosa a su paso por el paladar, aporta notas de malta, cereal, pera, pan blanco, clavo, albaricoque, bizcocho, pimienta...con una melodía de fondo a base de una óptima levadura. Excelente cerveza y muy buena tripel. Me ha hecho disfrutar

Color dorado, ámbar intenso. Con espuma blanca bastante compacta y de buena retención.
Aromas frescos y ligeramente cítricos. En boca toma presencia la levadura belga, sabores típicos afrutados. Buen equilibrio dulce-amargo.
Final algo seco y amargo. Carbonatación media.

From recently unearthed notes, drank January 2019. Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Amber pour with a white head. Aromas of honey,fresh bread. Fruity yeasty flavours. Good stuff.

Bottle from my local off-licence ‘Wine Rack’. Pours a hazy golden colour with a large fluffy white head. Nice aromas of yellow fruits, bananas, melon, pears, floral, a little candy and a little bit of peppery spice. Taste has more of the yellow fruits and more floral, lots of peppery spice, hints of coriander with a tangy mouthfeel and nice hops on the finish. Beautifully balanced beer. Medium to full body with a lively spritzy mouthfeel. This is really good. One of the best Tripels i have tried. Great beer!

Bottle at Uilenspiegel, Brugge, 1st June 2022. Pours a pale straw colour, bubbly white head. Aroma is honey and yeast, aromatic. Taste is yeasty, quite hoppy, honey, straw and hay. Nice hoppy Tripel, pretty decent
