Our interpretation of a West Coast IPA. The IP-AK was brewed with a light malt bill to let the hops take center stage. A citrusy-grapefruit aroma from the Citra Cryo dry hopping followed up by a juicy mouthfeel from the copious amounts of Citra packed into the hopback lead to a clean and slightly dry finish. Other hops used: Citra/Simcoe/Amarillo whirlpool addition and Warrior for bittering.

4 oz. draft at the brewery. Flavor has some fruity yeast upfront with a mild lingering pine finish. Some lingering bitterness. Good
