22 oz bottle poured. Assuming a Trader Joe's purchase like most others. A hazy golden pour with tons of foam head. Aroma is wheat heavy, but candy sweet. Sweet candy like flavor as well. Cucumber for sure, but a little jolly rancher too, in my opinion. A fun flavor for sure, just a little on the unexpected side. Has the slightest hint of a tart note. A slight juiciness to this wheat ale. Overall I enjoyed this brew. Cucumbers are a fruit, right? In that case, a solid fruit beer here.

Bomber from Trader Joe's in Davis, CA. Pours very light gold with a white head. Cucumber aroma. Near med body. Flavor is cucumber and wheat is detectable. Seems a bit gummy. Half way dry, and more bitter than expected. Not sure about hop flavors, but they must be there. Seems to be some lurking spice notes.

Bottle: poured a golden with white head. Aroma is wheat and light cucumber. Taste has a crisp cucumber veggie that sticks to grain. Refreshing on hot day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden coloured body with a nice, two centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of wheat, mild spices, a little coriander seed and a touch of cucumber, perhaps. Light-bodied; Strong wheatie and herbal flavours with the cucumber, coriander seed and pale malt flavour with a hint of sweetness and not much else. Aftertaste shows a dry malty flavour with some grass, hay, cucumber and a hint of sweetness coupled with yeast and wheat and coriander seed. Overall, a very plain and subdued offering without any real flavours or complexity. Not a horrible beer, but just not showing much. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Trader Joe’s in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia on 18-June-2017 for US$3,49 sampled at home in Eastern Shore in Pungoteague, Virginia on 01-July-2017.

Bomber from Trader Joe’s Brookfield. Hazy yellow, large creamy tan head, decent retention. Aroma of wheat, cucumber, lime, dandelion, spice. The taste is cucumber, lime, wheat, spice. Medium bodied. This is the first of this series I actually have enjoyed.
