A top-notch Belgian ale brewed with 3 Belgian hops and 3 grains. This offers this high fermented ale a complex taste palette with touches of the noble hops, a light fruity aroma and a beautiful creamy head. The refermentation in the bottle gives this blond beer a smooth taste.

Bottle. Golden color, big white head, very belgian. Aroma of grain and fruity yeast. Taste is sweet, with yeast, grainy malt, grassy hopbitter and a little caramel. Average belgian blonde beer, bit boring, but not bad.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fairly concentrated aroma of pear-like hops and marzipan. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and hoppy, mouldy pears and peach. Mid bitter finish.

Hazy deep golden colour, one finger frothy white head, recedes slowly to thin layer with yeast islets, adhesive foam results in good lacing. Hoppy and fruity aroma, lemon, orange, lemon grass, yeast, hay. Taste medium bitter, light sweet, citrus, medium body, oily to light creamy texture, peppery on the tongue, average carbonation, dry bitter finish, lingering fruitiness, herbal notes. Overall a crisp and refreshing ale, a good one from the Broeder.

New Broeder Jacob beer with thick and stable, snow white head and hazy yellow blonde colour with somewhat greenish hue. Hoppy and fruity aroma of citrus peel, honey, apple, lemon grass, straw, white bread. Pleasant taste of green apple and malt sweetness, refreshing, a bit bready, citrus peel touch, long grassy and spicy hop bitterish finish. Good balance, though I would not call it formidable.

Bottle pours rather clear blonde, ok white head . Smell is rather sharp , malty sweet . Taste is bit bitter, grainy , much aspects of a belgian tripel-style beer but way more drinkable and lighter in abv . Actually, even while tripel is not my favourite style by far, this beer is really impressive to combine all these tastes to this ABV . Carbonation is high , but not too high . In every way , I think this is a very well made beer . Unexpected , now respected !

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric aroma, hint of lemon. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mostly malty, but also has a little metal in the finish.

Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours slightly hazy pale straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with touches of grass. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of citrus and touches of yeast. Hints of malt. Lively carbonation. Citric and bitter aftertaste. A middle-of-the-road beer of its style.
