Cloudy tan. The lemon verbena is pretty strong. Touch of rhubarb. Tart, though it’s imperfect. Some phenols...bitterness from lemon verbena. Not coming together for me at all.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours out a very pale straw color, small white head. Floral, spicy aroma, garden notes, mild sweetness. Taste adds some zip and spiciness, more fruit. Light rhubarb notes, farmers market

On tap at the brewery. This Sebastian is a base beer, and there should be other variants of it forthcoming. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A light sweet fruity nose, clearly rhubarb when you think of it, toast. A light earthy toasted malt base, sweet smooth rhubarb, some spicy yeast. Quite clean and light. Good.
