On tap at the brewery. Pours red brown. Toffee, biscuit, herbal, rich. Medium body. Good.

Keg at the brewery at 6.5%. Mahogany brown, clear. A bit of visible carbonation. Prune, oak chips, molasses in the aroma. Sweet and syrupy with strong fruit notes. A bit of bitterness but it stays sweet in the long finish. Sarsaparilla in the aftertaste. Not always my favourite style but this is sexy.

Draft: Poured a dark brown with a off white head. Aroma was strong roasted malts. Taste is sweet and roasted malts with a light smoke as well.
