From a can it pours virtually clear almost lemon colored with a big uncontrollable white head. Nose is odd off metallic. Taste is just certainly gose like, but its not as friendly as I was expecting. Every big swig from the can leaves a pressurized uncontrolled bubbling sensation in the mouth, I like that! It almost squirts out the mouth. Cutting CO2 all round. After a while, I start to get used to the processed feel that makes this not quite like a friendly gose. In the end it finishes quite refreshing, not bad.

Draft pour to a tulip at Green Bench. Shiny and clean golden appearance. Thin fizz head. Lovely aroma of pils grain, coriander, slight salt, and lemon. Crisp first sip, gentle funk. Really flavorful gone with a nice touch of salt late, making this a quick drink. Nice lingering lemon like tart. Yum! Delicious gose.

Refrigerated 12 oz. can, canned July 12, 2021 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is pepper, wheat esters, and salty. Not a big fan of the pepper.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice lemony malt with light grassy hops, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Draft: Poured a white yellow with white head. Aroma was lemon/lime. Taste was salty a little more citrus fruit not over the top bitter but just enough to liven up the palate.
