Bottle split at RB Best Hotel Lobby Share, post festival, 31/01/16. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malts, straw, lemon rind, grassy vibes, light herb. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, biscuit, spice, vanilla, lemon rind, bready notes, light yeat tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. So so.

22 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Bottled October 2015. Clear golden orange with half a finger of off-white head. Aromas of herbs, toasty notes, biscuit. Tastes of herbs, caramel, malt, floral, yeast, sweet candied citrus. Possibly the last Pretty Things beer I’ll ever get to drink.

22oz bomber. Pale yellow-tan body, filtered. Respectable, fluffy, glass lacing head, a little uneven. A pretty enjoyable, classical saison. The hops are a little, and at almost 9 months after the bottling date, a little faded. Either way a pretty respectably made example of the style, Pleasant mouthfeel.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a white head. Mild aromas of flowers, earth and fruit. Med body, prickly carbonation. Flavor is mild malt, flowers, a little spice - more like a best bitter than a saison? I’m confused with this, but it tastes good.
