Draft at Blu Alehouse. Rusty orange color, thick head and coating lace. Pine, grapefruit, earth, and spice. Solid enough.

Gezapft. Klares Gold-Gelb, wenig Schaum Aroma: Zitrus, fruchtiger Hopfen, aber auch würzig Geschmack: brotig, Rosine, fruchtig. Ein sanftes Bier, leicht bitter.

Can to nonic pint glass, the appearance was a slight golden burnt yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy sliding head, not much lace.
The aroma had some soupy sweet fruity hops playing with a gentle bitterness and then some light grassy hops.
The flavor played with the balance of sweet to bitter off and on and back through each other never fully blending. Aftertaste was soupy fruity hops. Finish was the same.
The palate was between light and medium on the body. Some sessionability. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, decent at best, but the aroma and flavor doesn’t seem cohesive enough.

Foodery, Philadelphia can at the bar: pours deep gold with white head. Light citrus, hints of pine, ambiguous fruitiness. Taste is simple, but there is nothing bad. Light bitterness. Plenty fruit. Some sweetness. Not bad.

Hazy light tan, thin head. Bitter front, some sweeter chewy hops at the back.

Can. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head. The aroma is spice and fruity hop. Medium mouth, citrus, pine, light bitterness, good.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a light orange and copper glow, all with a four centimetre tall tan head - this looks great. Aroma of fresh cut grass, light herbs, a touch of citrus and a mild malt character. Medium-bodied; Light soapy flavour with some subdued malt along with a lot of grassy and herbal hops. Aftertaste shows a nice balance, with a lot of hop bitterness from grass, herbs, citrus and perfume. Overall, a nice and relatively easy drinking IPA, with full flavours and a nice finish of citrus tastes. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 12-July-2015 for US$1,79 sampled at home in Washington on 04-March-2016.

12 ounce can. Pours a cloudy orange gold color with a small foamy beige head. Faint pine hop aroma. Sweet malt flavor has pine and grapefruit hops to boot. Yeasty and earthy with a touch of neglected headcheese from the back of the fridge. Mildly carbonated with a soft palate. Easy to quaff, but just average as IPA’s go.
This is delicious.

Can. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy beige head that sticks around and laces well. Aroma is caramel and spruce, a hint of perfume. Flavor is quite sweet, resinous indeed, with a lot of bready caramel malts to build on. This one is so sweet it is pushing barleywine status despite the ABV. Full body, thick sticky out of place mouthfeel.
