A light, easy drinking, true to style German Hefeweizen. The mash consists of malted white wheat and 2-row barley which gives this beer its light body and crisp finish. Lightly hopped throughout the boil, and fermented with classic German hefe yeast, our Hefeweizen will help beat the summer time heat.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orange with a frothy off white color head. Aroma is sour cardboard and wheat. Taste is crisp clean refreshing wheat with grain. Not super exciting beer, but very refreshing.

12 oz bottle given to me by bvc. Pour is a murky brown golden, nice settling building up a one inch off white head. Aroma of clove, wheat, banana and some faint spicy ginger. Nice Hefe nose. Taste is the clove, ginger and wheat, though not quite as soft and balanced as the nose. Pretty dirty in the aftertaste. Palate is medium bodied, dry on the finish, drinkable. Overall, decent enough, thanks Brandon!

Bottle Smelled wonderfully hayey and malty. Poured cloudy gold with thick fast dissipating white head. Wheaty flavour with a bit of a malty bone. Flat uninteristing watery finish.

Bottle at Belmont Station. Light banana aroma. Dark gold color with a very impressive white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. (a bit fizzy). The flavor is banana, a bit of clove, followed by wheat, and hop bitter. The finish is light creamy banana. Wheat keeps coming up. A bit different, but good, and it fits the style.

Bottle Pours a hazy medium orange yellow with a small light head that is gone in a moment leaving a very thin ring and trace elements of lacing. Aroma is malty and of apple, yeast and slightl wheat. Flavors are bread, wheat, a bit sweet, and yes, oddly... some ashtray notes. Strange. After taste is paper/grass but faint and plain. Overall, seems one dimensional and flat. Not unpleasant though.
