Aus der Flasche (bbe 06.07.2025) im 2024-09 getrunken. Dieses leicht trübe, goldene Ale mit sehr feinporige, weiße Schaumkrone überrascht mit einem cremig weichen Mundgefühlt. Am Gaumen eine feine Süße, nahezu keine Hopfenbitterkeit und deutlich Getreidearomen typisch für diesen Bierstil. Sehr klassisch aber auch sehr perfekt - ein klasse Ale!

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty. Taste: malty, yeasty, fruity esters. Above average carbonation, medium body. Moderate to over moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Ok.

October 2011: 750 ml corked and wired bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 9.0%. Very pale yellow colour, huge white head. Strong fruity, yeasty and spicy (cloves a.o.) aroma. The flavour is spicy with some fruit and white kandij sugar, but the sweetness is nearly too much. Still a good beer, but if it is worth the high price in Norway is debatable.

Bottle. Clear gold with a proper white head. Aroma of dried apples, pear, grains, spices, clove and yeast. Taste of grains, apples, minerals, pear, soap, coriander, some spices, a little bit of oranges and lemons and some hints of bananas. Dry finish. Moderate bitterness. Strong carbonation. Alcohol is present but also well integrated. Overall pretty balanced. Nice one.

Smell- weak caramel, Belgian tones, malt. Foam- thin, caramel, weak Belgian tones, malt. Head is large, white in color. Sticks. Appearance - brewer bottle cap, cool one, simple label. Clear orange amber, some active carbonation. From - tulip Taste - weak caramel, malt, weak Belgian tones, weak banana. Alcohol is hidden quite well. Could be better, but noit bad. Fine belgian.
