Bière 33 cl. Je suis surprise de ne jamais l'avoir notée ni même peut être restée alors même que je suis fna de tout ce que produit cette brasserie belge. Au servie, jolie blonde claire dorée. En bouche, une triple a la carbonatation vive, aux notes de fruits jaunes, levure belge, alcool présent mais sans l'emporter sur le reste malgré les 9°,c'est vraiment une triple dans les règles de l'art et même au delà ! (M)

0.33 l bottle from Vrutak, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Hazy golden to ochre, medium creamy white head. Quite fruity, pear, floral, honey, chewing gum, zest, also sugar and some metal. Some alcohol in the aroma but more in the flavour, quite boozy. Fruity still, with a solid malty body and less spicy estery element then expected. Slightly sweet. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish. Quite strong. Texture is soft. Just a hint of tartness in the finish with a light bitterness approaching from behind ^^

75cl bottle. Pours loaded gold with abundant white foam, grossly grained. Aroma is fairly intense is honey and fruity. Body is average, like carbonation. Quite an alcoholic feeling. Taste is medium-high sweet, with a little decent bitterness. Final is fairly long and sweet.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of apricot, green banana and salted bread. Flavour of pear, straw and white pepper. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz.

Bottle from Belgiuminabox. Pours a murky light golden/amber colour with a huge foamy white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of bananas, pears, pine, coriander, spice, some herbs and hints of candy. Taste is the same notes as the aroma, fresh with lots of flavour. Medium bodied, a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel, average carbonation and a long fruity and peppery spice finish. Also some bitterness on the finish. One of the very best tripels if not the best i have tried. Excellent.
