Bottle @home. Dorata carica, intensa, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di malto, scorza d'arancia, luppolo, leggero floreale, spezie. In bocca ha un attacco maltato deciso con chiusura amara, manca però un po' di secchezza. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Classica.

Smell of coriander, some hoppy notes. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of coriander, soap, grass, herbs, hops. Sweet, medium sour. Wild carbon.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. It pours clear blonde with a thick, dense white head. The aroma is cereal, hay, doughy farmhouse bread, nutty, spice, tart fruits, lemon peel, pear, sour apple, touch of sherbet and earth. The taste is firmly dry, tart almost, light pucker which dissipates, candy, pear drops, apple, melon, lemon sherbets, white grape, cereal, nutty, hay, grass, spice, kick of alcohol boost, vinous, sherbet, refreshers and some floral accents with a spicy, estery finish. Medium body and moderate to high, fluffy carbonation. Not one of those run of the mill, super sweet tripels of which there are many... Quite a unique offering.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo/oro velato, al naso è fruttata speziata lieviti belgi succo di pesca coriandolo zucchero filato lieve banana, in bocca pesche sciroppate succo di pera frutta candita, carbonazione forte, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, dolce con amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Un piacere berla fino all'ultimo sorso. Una Tripel con la T maiuscola. Ottima. c. Cantina della birra 08.05.21

Murky, dirty orange with a foamy head. Aroma full of coriander with caramel, lemons and bananas underneath. Pleasant. Taste is moderate sweet with a bit of candy. Some mild, mineral bitterness. Finishes full of banana and candy with light citric twist. Medium to full bodied, aggressive carbonation, perhaps too much. Nothing a little sitting in the glass won’t handle. Good stuff.
