Bottle at the calgary airport.
Slightly hazy golden pour, with a very small white head. Aroma of malted wheat, grass, and very, very light citrus. Clean mouth feel, and standard carb. Very clean finish, more light wheat, and grassy hops, the citrus is all but gone at this point. Refreshing, crisp. Decent.

Bottle from their sampler pack purchased in Yellowknife - you’re welcome. Good bright yellow witbier-style body with slight fog and plenty of carbonation but minimal head. Very soft aroma of weak lager and lemon, none of the enticing wit notes I was hoping for. Flavour is mostly a boring lager with wit notes. Slight caramel hints. I wouldn’t identify this as a true witbier and it’s certainly lacking in complexity. Indeed, I was hoping for much more.

341 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat and citrus. Flavour is light wheat with lemon citrus and some spice. Light body with watery texture and soft carbonation. Kind of boring.

On tap at Wild Rose, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of wheaty, skunky notes, and herbal notes. Flavour brings out wheaty notes, light citrus and not much else. Another boring as hell beer. Not much to this.

Alright. Just.... alright. There are much better wheat ales and certainly much worse. Not strong on the lasting aftertaste and could do with more body.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Some wheat character, very light aroma (citrusy), very light coriander, quite bitter at the end. Nothing special.

Very pale yellow. Quite cloudy. Fairly non-descript with a little wheaty tartness and very light but clean pale maltiness. Why do brewers make so many of these characterless beers?
