750 ml corked and crowned bottle. Garnet colored pour. Rocky tan head starts big but dissipates to a small uneven cap. Spotty lacing. Yeasty toffeeish malt aroma. Flavor is toasted malt, dark cherries, figs and brown sugar. Some spiciness on the backend.Perhaps some cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Overall, a tasty, smooth Belgian Christmas beer.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Some sweet malts and cinnamon in the aroma. Quite a fruity taste to be honest and not that complex. Kinda metallic in the end with a high fizz. Bit of a coca cola end really.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een donkerbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat zoete geur. De smaak is caramelachtig en rozijn.
