Bottle: Poured a light brown with red highlights, head was off white. Aroma was malts. Taste was a bit watery with malts and grain.

A reddish copper ale with a thin moka head. A strong aroma of butterscotch and strawberries, a bit earthy. In mouth, a smooth nutty malt with nice burned notes, so-so. On tap at ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.
