Una birra semplice e leggera, volutamente poco amara.
Viene imbottigliata e/o infustata senza l’aggiunta di gas oltre a quello naturale di fermentazione e senza l’aggiunta di conservanti; non essendo pastorizzata mantiene una rotondità al palato che riporta al malto.
Possiamo tranquillamente scegliere la Pils in ogni occasione come fedele compagna aggregativa.

Bottled 330ml. -from EuroSpar Portogruaro, shared with Hrabren. As Zahre Pilsner. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty fruity nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, light buttery and fruity with sweetish finish.

0.33 l white bottle, thanks to Ogi who brought it from Italy. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Intense buttery aroma, grainy. Sweet grainy, doughy, buttery, even fruity, rope apple and rose. Smooth, slick, sof texture, soft carbonation, minimal bitterness. Light finish.

Draught: Poured a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is hops and yeast. Taste is a citrus fruit and hops, very raw and refreshing. This is a nonfiltered pils that gets you back to the way these beers should taste.

With Saaz hops
Hazy light blond color. Nice hop aroma, almost of sweat, dust (?). Some residual sweetness, light malt flavor, reasonable hop, partially aromatic.
