(On tap) Good looking beer. Clear coppery amber with big dense head. Subtle aroma - slightly grainy, slightly metallic. Decent mouthfeel. Medium body with fine smooth carbonation. Taste has some rather nondescript tartness at start followed with some toffee malt and no bitterness. Drinkable.

On tap at Hollywood in Itaewon next door to Reilley’s Taphouse (they also have an ok tap selection). It poured more copper than gold but still had lots of hay in the aroma/flavor due to the probable use of adjuncts but had some caramel.

0.33l bottle. Nice one! A non-pale lager in Korea? Amazing.. Anyhow, this is a clear deep deep red beer with a small quickly fading off-white head that sticks nicely to the sides of the glass. The aroma has a mild burned and sweet touch over it. A bit of sour dark malts here as well. Not extreme, but it's nice with something a bit different from the lagers. The carbonation level is average to soft and it has a thin and quite watery mouthfeel. Tastes alright I guess. Think this is a old bottle (not that it's easy for me to read Korean) A bit "old" flavors. It's light dark malty with caramel hints. Low on the bitterness and it ends mildly mouthdrying. All in all, drinkable and one of the better I've had so far here in Korea.

draft - hmmm... this beer rises to the level of somewhat below average. Wow! That’s high praise for this brewery. It’s light amber with a quickly fading head and a mild lightly roasted malt aroma. The flavor is toasted caramel malt and not much else. At least it’s drinkable and has more flavor than their pale lagers.

Dark in color with reddish tint. Bitter flavor, knockoff of a Killians irish red for Koreans. Smell was skunky. Not very pleasant, unless there was nothing else.
