New version with higher abv and hop addition (Ekuanot).
Do you remember La Shaman? It was one of the first beers we brewed at Dansaert, back in 2015. This November, she’s back to enchant you. In 2015, we joined forces with Austmann Bryggeri on this Aztec project – brewed both in Belgium & Norway!
First batch was in 2014 in Trondheim and we then decided to give it a second life, this time in Belgium with Vinko & Coop making the trip.
In November 2019, La Shaman is back with her deep black color and brownish head. On the nose, some aromas of roasted. On the palate, a generous chocolate flavors thanks to the cocoa nibs! We added some Habanero and Chipotle to give a nice kick to the beer.
