Bottle, thanks to Collin. Clear golden pour with a white head. Very unique bouquet. I suppose that is Armagnac. Whoa, the Armagnac is overpowering. It kinda has a licorice or anise presence. Not really my thing. Average body and mouthfeel.

Bottle from the Brewery. Light golden colour, small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, good sourness, boozy from the cognac I guess. Bit of citrus punch too. Lemon sherbert. Taste is good. Flat creaminess, nice sourness but not overly so, aftertaste is quite dry and creamy. Pretty different. Definitely more mellow than the regular one. Punch is quite fruity, grapefruit and berries too. Gooseberry. Great stuff.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a hazy gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, oak, brandy, citrus, earth. Slick body, boozy, funky, light tartness, dry finish, very nice.

(Bottle, Cantillon Brewery, Brussels, 20 Oct 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, oak wood, unripe fruit and stable. Fruity, tart taste with stable, tart berries, barnyard, a touch of Armagnac and a fresh acidity in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Really fresh acidity with an oaky Armagnac touch. Perfect balance. Ridiculously good!
