Pours clear, dark blonde. No head. Scent is very lambic funk forward, mild oak, brett , white grape (petrol). Taste is quite intense on the wine. Green treefruit, petrol, lemon, very oaky, funky, loads of brett. Medium intense sour. Oily mouthfeel. Rough, very raw and unrefined. Nearly no co2. Not my prefered bofkont , he has improved since, but the beer shows no negative age signs yet, which is showing quality.

Unclear golden with no head. Sour grain. Bitter. Rough and bitter. Has no body, just falls apart in booziness. Taste is ok though.
