Towering, huge, dense white head over (cold)hazed bright orange-yellow beer. Pear- and bananaesters, grassy, pale malts, maltings. More bitter taste, but with straw-like, biscuity maltbacking. Hops in the aftertaste, bit of caramel without sweetness. Human sweat warming up. Bit burning MF, medium bodied, good attenuation. Quite malty, nice beer. I’ll have to review my stance on biological beers, if this continues.

33cl Bottle, a birthday gift. Slightly hazy golden colour with a copper hue, white head. Aroma of strong spicy yeast, cloves, nutmeg, some bready malts and a bit of hops. Flavour is sweet, malty, spicy, yeasty, bready and hoppy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, soft mouthfeel. Too much yeast/spicy flavours, becomes cloying.

Cloudy deep blond color; nice creamy head. Nice aroma of malt and some hops; yeast too. Medium body, some malt, but also an unbearable vegetables flavor. Weird.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, citrus, and yeast, leading to a dry yeasty and citrusy finish.
