Bottled@SBWF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly herbal with yeast and some quite farmyardy notes. Flavour is caramel, some earthyness, sweetness, fruits and mild floral notes. Pleasantly balanced and quite refreshing, but also a bit watery.

Bottled from de Molen. Hazy to cloudy (depending on how much yeast you pour) orange golden color, medium white frothy head. Aroma of bit earthy hops, slight grassy, grainy malt. Hint of spicyness. Slight bitter taste, some caramelly notes. Bit dry and touch of sourness.

Tasted @ Bierfestival Oirschot ’11, poured tasting glass from bottle. Not very special this one. The term bio doesn’t mean much to me, i’d rather have a very nice tasting beer. This one is quite average. Bit dry touch to it. Living mouthfeel.

Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Hazy amber beer. Very soft malty beer with a hint of caraway plus some hoppy grapefruit bitterness. Not bad but seems to hang it’s hat on being a ’bio’ beer.

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Milky nose with some grass that transitions into dough. Fairly light bodied, yet with evident depth in the malt structure. Spicy grassy bitterness cuts through in the finish. Manages to combine rusticity and elegance in a typical north French way.

Bottle: Poured a murky orange with huge white head lots of carbonation. Aroma is a bit light sour. Taste is leafy, soap suds and sour. Past its prime? Maybe.

75cl bottle at home extremely huge white smooth head, clear to slightly hazy yellow. Yest in the bottle. flowery, herbal, grassy, sourish and citrussy notes in the aroma. also dry and yellow fruity notes. and. dough and yeasty notes. Aroma changes a bit around while the giant head settles. dry flavor, sort of like 1/3 belgian blonde mixed with 2/3 pilsener if that makes any sense. fresh yellow fruity notes in the flavor as well as a good amount of hop bitterness. Definetly drinkable, but pretty strange.
